TAG Aviation Commercial Director Simon Bambridge relocates to Singapore to develop Southeast Asia market

TAG Aviation has experienced a strong first quarter in 2021 despite the pandemic continuing to put a damper on international travel. Even as flight activity remains subdued, there is substantial interest coming from first time buyers, particularly in the South East Asia region. It is with the development of this area in mind that Simon Bambridge, TAG Aviation’s Commercial Director, Asia, has relocated to Singapore.

“We have been engaged in SE Asia for over 15 years and we look forward to continuing to support the growth of business aviation in the region moving forward. We believe that there will be solid growth and demand for high quality aircraft management in SE Asia and we are actively pursuing all opportunities. Stay tuned, because there will be a lot to watch out for at TAG!”

In the first quarter of 2021 TAG will be bringing on board two new aircraft to join the Asian fleet with another two set to join early in the second quarter. Asia is key growth market and is extremely important to TAG's long term business goals. Asia is still a relatively under-developed business aviation market compared to the US and Europe. As such, we continue to invest in our resources, both in personnel and infrastructure, to further expand our footprint.
