Sreeja, a dedicated and accomplished individual who has been a valuable asset at CAE for the past three years. Sreeja has consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence in her current role, providing unwavering support to her customers and colleagues alike.

With a postgraduate degree in Clinical Nutrition, Sreeja successfully transitioned to Aviation after completing her management studies. Apart from her professional endeavors, Sreeja is known for her passion for knowledge, evident in her love for reading and continuous learning.

Outside of work, Sreeja is deeply involved in activities that support wildlife conservation and girls' education. Her nature-loving spirit and involvement in various support groups highlight her dedication to making a positive impact in the community.

Tim is a Global Senior Director, Training Solutions Business & Helicopter Aviation Training at CAE. Tim leads CAE’s Training Solutions Team which is focused on modern, innovative training, regulatory and operational solutions in business aviation.

With a background in competency-based training programs, Tim is passionate about bringing practical, data-based learning into business aviation to enhance safety, quality and mitigate real world risks.

Tim has held senior Leadership and flying positions in the past 25 years in both commercial and business aviation including Captain, TRE, Flight Crew Licensing Inspector, Head of Training, Director of Operations and Accountable Manager with global organizations. In addition to his responsibilities at CAE, Tim is engaged in several industry committees and remains current flying the Gulfstream 650

Nimrod joined CAE in 2004 as sales executive and has held a variety of leadership roles within the business aviation and helicopter training business throughout his 20-year tenure. Nimrod holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Most recently, he served as the Managing Director of Emirates-CAE Flight Training (ECFT) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In his current role, Nimrod is responsible for top line growth, the overall operations, and the Profit and Loss (P&L) in these regions
