The main venue for the two day symposium is the Balmoral Suite located within the Conference Village. This is a self contained building near to Reception.

Dinner on day one will be held in The Chapel and on day two in the Hampton Suite, which is located in the Old School section of the Main building. 

You will see these locations marked on the second map (red circles).

For our Flight Attendant day will also take place in the Balmoral Suite, with lunch being taken in the hotel restaurant (green circle).
