Anthony Cox was appointed to his current position as Vice President of Customer Support in 2021. As Vice President of Customer Support, he is responsible for Customer engagement, strategic planning, and tactical execution of Business Aircraft after sale services & support.

Anthony has held various roles within Bombardier over the past 17 years and has been instrumental in the strategic planning and tactical execution of business aircraft support and services throughout the organization. Anthony joined Bombardier in 2006 as a field service representative. He has held a variety of managerial and directorial roles in the company and has worked closely with customers to ensure they receive the best service experience possible in various regions overseeing the Business Aircraft Regional Support Offices (RSO) in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Mumbai, Singapore, and Sydney.

He relocated to Montreal in 2017, where he has been leading customer support teams in the Americas and in-service support departments in Montreal.

Paul Thompson is appointed Senior Director for BAS International. Paul brings a wealth of experience with over 2 decades of aircraft engineering and maintenance experience.

Previous to Paul’s current role, he has held several and varied leadership roles across different departments consisting of maintenance, customer support, quality, and made a huge impact when he took on the position of General Manager for Biggin Hill London. Paul’s previous experience provided him with valuable insights proving beneficial to his new role. Paul plays a critical role for Bombardier’s International sites and is well equipped to take on the responsibilities for the following sites: London, Melbourne, Berlin, Singapore, Dubai, Tianjin, and Paris.

Louis Loevenbruck is Regional Sales Manager for Bombardier Smart Services in Europe & Africa. Smart Services offers a wide range of power-by-the-hour maintenance programs for Bombardier aircraft, covering parts and labor. Before joining Bombardier, Louis has worked for a leading French turboprops manufacturer and an aircraft broker in Switzerland.

Craig has recently joined Bombardier as a Regional Sales Manager, Sales Services International for the UK and Ireland, focussed on providing owners and operators of Bombardier aircraft access to maintenance services through their global network of MRO service facilities. With over 25 years of aviation experience, prior to joining Bombardier, Craig represented several providers of MRO and Aviation Services in senior business development roles supporting mid-sized business aircraft operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa
