Dion Xavier - Senior Director, Business Aviation + Commercial Trip Support
Currently serving as World Fuel’s Senior Director Business Aviation & Commercial Trip Support (Spire) based in Hong Kong, Dion is at the helm of executing the organization’s aggressive growth strategy across the Asia Pacific (APAC) and more recently, African markets.
Dion’s almost twenty years in the Business & General Aviation industry began in 2006 when he worked as an aircraft charter broker with a firm in London. During his tenure as a charter broker, he spearheaded new business development and market penetration in Asia, while managing accounts throughout Europe and the Middle East.
The New Zealand native has spent most of his life living and working in the APAC region having been based in Singapore, Hong Kong and Beijing over the course of his career.
His dedication to excellence and meticulous attention to detail underscore his vital contribution to the Jetex team and the broader aviation community.

Xin Yi - Account Manager, Business Aviation
Xinyi currently serves as World Fuel’s Account Manager, based in Singapore. Xin Yi began her career in Aviation with World Fuel 17 years ago on the operational side as a Fuel Logistics Executive.
Since 2013, Xin Yi has been a pivotal member of the APAC and Africa Business & General Aviation commercial teams managing the day to day back-end support for customers across both regions. From credit line and payment term management to dispute resolution and tax compliance, Xin Yi is often a first port of call when customers engage with World Fuel.
Outside of work when she’s not busy managing customer’s expectations, Xinyi will be busy managing the expectations of her feisty little girl.
