Falcon is the recognized brand for Dassault business jets which are designed, manufactured and supported by Dassault Aviation. Since 1965, 2,700 Falcons have been delivered with more than 2,100 still in service in over 90 countries. Jérôme holds a single turboprop engine type rating. He developed international skills in customer services, market research, market development with NetJets Europe and Asia Development for VIP as well as missionized Falcons. He experienced different industries from Business Jets to Pharmaceutical, Helicopters and smart cards.

He started out with Dassault in 1995 as an intern at Dassault Falcon Service followed by several positions in USA at Dassault Falcon Jet (DFJ), France at Dassault Aviation and Asia Pacific at Dassault Falcon Asia Pacific (Hong-Kong, Beijing and Kuala Lumpur).

Jérôme graduated in Finance with a Master degree.

Nick Chen (陈练) is the Senior Vice President for Mainland China at Dassault Aviation, with over 15 years of experience in the business aviation industry. Prior to joining Dassault, Nick gained extensive experience working in airport operations, as well as with two business jet operators and brokers. Throughout his career, he has worked in key locations including Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, where he developed a deep understanding of cultural differences in multi-cultural environments. He is currently based in Shanghai. Nick is a graduate of the Civil Aviation University of China, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

Jean-Michel Jacob is the head of Dassault Falcon Asia Pacific. He and his team manage the promotion of Falcon business jets in Australasia. Jacob started with the Dassault Aviation Group in 1987 after four years in the helicopter industry. He was then a sales director for the Latin European countries.

In 1996 he went to Brazil to open and manage a new subsidiary of Dassault Falcon Jet Corp., for the purpose of promoting, selling and supporting Falcon aircraft in Latin America. After his successful Latin experience, Jacob went in 2006 to Asia to open a new Representative Office in Kuala Lumpur to develop sales activity in the entire Asia-Pacific region. Over the years additional offices were opened in Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

The KL Rep. Office has recently been turned into a fully incorporated company and, together with its sister company ExecuJet MRO, is the hub of Dassault Falcon activity in Asia and the Pacific area. Senard holds a Private Pilot License (PPL) since 2002.
