DOT CHARTER REGULATION 295
“When TAG brokers a flight to or from the United States, TAG complies with all applicable U.S. requirements, including the U.S. DOT’s air charter broker regulations, Part 295. When arranging such flights, TAG acts as an air charter broker (an indirect foreign air carrier) and is not a direct foreign air carrier in operational control of the aircraft. Flights brokered by TAG shall be provided by properly licensed third party operators with operational control of the aircraft.”
