SUMMARY OF POSITION

 

An industry leading individual capable of maximizing TAG Aviation revenue through the provision of aircraft charter services to a broad spectrum of clients. A French speaking candidate is desirable.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES/DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

 

  • Responding to inbound charter enquiries and assessing client requirements
  • Managing all aspects of charter flights from initial sale to scheduling to post-flight
  • Generating revenue for the company
  • Building up and managing own key accounts
  • Working as part of a team to reach individual & team targets, supporting colleagues
  • Liaising with other departments e.g. Operations, Accounting, Aircraft Management, Crewing
  • Generating new business and leads
  • Assisting in the management of key charter aircraft
  • Greeting clients where possible when flying through Farnborough Airport
  • Providing ‘out-of-hours’ telephone cover from home during evenings and weekends – working on a rotation basis as part of the team
  • To provide excellent customer service
